If you have booked your stay with half-board, our 4-course selection menu with salad buffet awaits you in the evening as a culinary highlight. For starters, main courses and desserts, there is always an equally delicious alternative. All dishes are personally prepared by our head of the house, Konrad, together with his daughter Patrizia. The exquisite combination of Mediterranean cuisine and South Tyrolean specialties has created the outstanding reputation of the cuisine in our 3-star hotel in the Pusteria Valley. But that’s not all: Once a week we organise a South Tyrolean evening with highlights of the local cuisine and a superb gala dinner.
